I want you to love your Tavasha piece. If for any reason you'd like to exchange an item, please email me at tavashajewellery@gmail.com and I'll personally guide you through the process.

If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please include clear photographs in your email. This helps me understand what went wrong and ensure I continue to maintain the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every piece.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be possible, as your order is likely already being prepared or shipped.
