Many Tavasha pieces are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities.
I make every effort to display product images and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your device, monitor settings, and lighting conditions.
As many pieces are handmade, slight variations in finish, texture, colour, or detailing may occur. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handcrafted jewellery and should not be considered defects.
I reserve the right to limit quantities purchased, discontinue products, or restrict sales where necessary.
All returns and exchanges are governed by my Returns & Exchanges Policy.
While I strive to provide products of the highest quality, I cannot guarantee that every product, service, or piece of information will meet every individual's expectations.

If I need to cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery
I work with trusted courier partners to deliver your orders safely.
Once an order has been shipped, I will make every reasonable effort to assist in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns. However, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, strikes, or other circumstances beyond my control.
If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect shipping information, an unavailable recipient, or an incorrect address provided during checkout, any additional shipping costs incurred may be charged to the customer.

Tavasha does not store your credit card information.

I am not liable for fraudulent use of payment methods. The responsibility for ensuring authorised use of payment instruments rests with the user.

While I make every effort to provide a smooth shopping experience, Tavasha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, its services, or products.
This includes, but is not limited to, delays, interruptions, technical failures, loss of data, unauthorised access, computer viruses, or delivery delays caused by third-party service providers.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
11. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at tavashajewellery@gmail.com and include photographs where applicable.
I will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Requests received after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from Tavasha shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
